Has anyone had genital nerve pain or damage and got better from it ?

Nerves do a pretty good job at healing. It depends on the damage and what caused it. Inflammation - yes you will probably recover. Nerves cut during surgery - maybe not. My nerves were cut during a c section and left me with a numb stomach that never recovered.

I had bartholin incision in aug and did it by epidural so I don't know what's gone on but started getting these symptoms 2 weeks after.

Lower back
Coccyx
Burning front passage
Burning back passage
Vulva pain
Pain like uti
Pulling sensations
Scraping feeling in lower abdomen

Had copper coil removed 4 weeks ago. Only had in for 6 weeks

Found out I have polysistic overies

All clear from infections

I just ignore it. Nothing I can do. It doesn’t hugely impact my life, just when I touch my stomach it’s numb.

I know epidural can cause nerve damage, it can take a few months to recover but most people do. Sorry I can’t be more help.
