Boob separator for sleep

Can anyone recommend a good sleep bra or pillow to help keep my boobs separate at night. I’m getting awful boob sweat and wrinkles.

TIA

I just wear a non-underwired bra.

TomatoSandwiches · 02/10/2023 21:39

Could you just wedge a rolled up muslin face cloth between them?

wouldbeus · 02/10/2023 22:14

@Aerin1999 have you tried it? It looks very uncomfortable. I have been desperately searching too. I got something that was supposed to work on Amazon but it just ends up squeezing them together which is so annoying.

I have tried everything…for me and my gross huge breasts, this one with a normal sleep bra on top is fine. I tried everything 🤯

@Aerin1999 thank you! Mine are huge too, such a menace. I will give this a try.

I’m so fed up of them expanding below my armpits that I finally had a breast lift 11 days ago…

Twoshoesnewshoes · 02/10/2023 22:30

The M&S crop top style that sort of has a cross over fold…

Twoshoesnewshoes · 02/10/2023 22:33

Oh, which they no longer do 😞

SameToo · 02/10/2023 23:27

Ooh @Twoshoesnewshoes that looks good.

My daytime bras are non wired bralets or low impact sports bras. They don’t keep them apart or in place.

I'd need a bath towel 🤣🤣🤣

QuestionableMouse · 02/10/2023 23:33

Honestly though, are boob wrinkles a thing we have to worry about now?

floppybit · 02/10/2023 23:57

@Aerin1999 I'm having mine done in a couple of months, can't wait! How did the op go and how are you feeling now?

Still sore, and sleep is crap…but getting very excited as first signs of results are magic!!!! You?

I have a DIY one made from a folded/rolled flannel, covered with a small silk scarf cover. Both are (washable (use gentle products), and do the job nicely. I am a D cup, but it would work for more ample sizes, I'm sure.

Yalz · 03/10/2023 00:27

I wear M&S secret support vests, like these.

It’s double fabric at the top: the inside layer finishes below the bust with elastic around the bottom to keep things in place. The ones I bought were meant to be pyjama tops, but I can’t see any difference.

These styles may all have a double layer at the top, I can’t tell.

When they went very cheap in the sales I stocked up on some styles like the ones @Twoshoesnewshoes has posted upthread, but more like a long sleeved T shirt than a bra. I haven’t worn them yet so can’t comment on their comfort.

wouldbeus · 03/10/2023 13:33

@QuestionableMouse Haha it’s not about boob wrinkles for me! I hate having my boobs sweating and sticking together 🙈

SameToo · 03/10/2023 16:16

@Yalz do they keep them apart? I love vests like that so that might be a good option.

@QuestionableMouse its more the sweat as it’s gross and gives me a sweat rash/ spots which are uncomfortable but I also get a huge crease up my chest which takes a while to disappear and frankly I don’t like it.

@SameToo , separate from my midriff rather than from each other. I find that’s enough to stop me being sweaty but YMMV, naturally.

Twoshoesnewshoes · 04/10/2023 19:59

The ones I posted keep mine apart but I’m a small C
