Vitamin A

I have recently started taking various supplements for joint health, perimenopause etc and I have noticed that they all have 100% of the recommended daily allowance of Vitamin A. Will it be harmful to take three of these daily? So of be getting 300% every day? Is that dangerous, should I stagger them instead? Thank you

Why would you take 3 a day? Isn't the normal dose just 1? Who advised you to take such supplements?

Some family planning/sexual health clinics run menopause clinics. Generally you'd see a nurse specialist or gynae consultant and they often had far more info/up to date advice than my GP.

One is Cod liver oil, one is perimenopause biome and the other is a hormone balance one from StarPowa

Thanks for the clinic tip, I didn't know about that. Will have a look locally, thank you.

Find contraception information and advice services - NHS (www.nhs.uk)

You put your postcode in and find some local clinics to you. You'd need to call, and ask whether they have a menopause clinic though, as not all do. Some also do 1 day a week clinics at local GP surgeries, so worth asking about that too.
