Any advice please, Ive had a double prolapse for a number of years. I bought this during the last couple of years and got the flat probe. Seemed to work well. Then when working back in the office has been harder to maintain and I go through phases of using it.

I've found it harder to use as the probe wouldn't stay in position and would turn. Worried this meant it wasn't being effective and that this was an indication of the problem worsening, I liked on the site for some advice and ended up buying the standard oval chunkier probe.

This is brilliant in terms of staying in place, but whenever I use it I have noticed I wake in the night for a wee once, sometimes twice a night. So it's actually adding a symptom I don't have without using. Has anyone had this problem?

Am I using it on too high a setting and over stimulating or is it working better and I have to put up with it?

I don’t know the answer but I’ve read on here and in the reviews on their website that their customer service team are super helpful. Maybe try contacting them for advice.
