Red spots on boobs

I have noticed I have around 7 red blood type spots on my boobs, they are not painful but I am aware there are more than before.

What are they? Should I be concerned?

Quite dark red? I have a few of these and have had many many trips to breast clinic and it's never been mentioned as a concern of any kind. So I'm not an expert but seems fine.

Cherry angiomas? I have loads, including 2 that have got larger on my boobs (maybe 3-4mm).

They're common as you get older, especially if you have pale skin.
