Best probiotic for thrush/UTI’s

Anyone here use a probiotic for thrush or uti? I suffer with both quite frequently 💔 I’m desperate to get rid of both, especially coming into the cold weather it seems to trigger my utis to another level… what would you recommend?

Friends recommend d-mannose. It doesn't help me. I use Uva ursi. It is in a few 'water retention' tablets. But if you regularly get problems it can also indicate diabetes and kidney stones. I had a stone which caused lots of problems. You may also find antibiotics need to be a longer course or different type.

I take hiprex and it has been a game changer! Haven't had a UTI in a while now, and I was getting them loads before.
