Endometrial cancer fears

Hello,
I am a first time user and in a desperate state. I am 58 with a long history of uterine fibroids, Pcos and cysts. I had a fibroid embolisation last year, but recently I felt that the multiple fibroids had returned. I had a routine ultra sound scan and yes the fibroids are back but a vascular soft tissue mass was also discovered in the uterus.
I am being fast tracked for cancer referral but can anyone offer any hope?
I’m in bits.
Thanks for reading

That sounds scary OP, I’m sorry I have no experience or wisdom but wanted to bump the thread for you, have you told anyone in real life?

I've had endometrial cancer. Mine was found after a hysteroscopy and biopsy for heavy and prolonged bleeding. I was 48 at the time. Caught early it's very treatable. I had a full hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo oophorectomy. 3.5 years later and I'm still cancer free.
