C section infection? incision/scar photo

Hi all so my wound was infected from week 2 I am now 4 weeks after c section
I was on Antibiotics and finished them last Wednesday - I went to the doctor today as it is still red and they said it is not infected? And is healing well? Is she correct I am getting pain that comes and goes there same with my infection which she said are healing pains?

Anybody?

I would agree with the doctor, it's not red, it's pink which is the skin healing. Hope it gets better soon.

Some redness and swelling is to be expected, it is a sign of healing. If the Dr is happy with the wound and if you are not having fevers I wouldn't worry too much right now
