I have just gone 45. I had a baby in January 2019 and didn't get my periods back until may this year. Before they used to be every 28 days and lasted 5 days. Now they are every 25 days and lasting 10 days. Really bright red blood constantly. It used to be thick dark red blood. Does this sound normal for perimenopause or hormone problem or something else.
