Permanently bloated tummy, what could it be?

So I had a baby just under three years ago, and since then my tummy has been really big. For ages I've dismissed it as just me being generally overweight, but in the past few months I've become convinced it's more than that. I don't think it's IBS or anything to do with digestion because it's literally all the time.

I went to the GP with it and when I lay down so she could examine me she said "yeah, it's really distended!" in a surprised voice. The GP couldn't feel anything so I had a CA125 blood test and an ultrasound scan. The blood test came back fine and the scan showed a cyst, but it is small, only 15mm by 30mm. so I will have a repeat scan in three months. I'm struggling to believe something so small is causing my tummy to be so huge!

So is anyone aware of anything else it could be, or any other tests I should be asking for? Or has anyone else had a small cyst that caused an enormous tummy?

Does it actually feel bloated or is it just a muscle issue? Diastasis recti?
