Tingly foot

Has anyone ever experienced this please help! My left foot has started to tingle on & off for a few weeks - my b12 was 337 when last checked almost a year ago which I know isn’t classed as low but I still privately got a b12 injection just incase. I am a nurse and on my feet a lot working long shifts and I also have a toddler at home. I recently went to the Gp with it who has booked me in for more bloods this coming Fri but done nerve conducting tests on me which all came back normal and he isn’t concerned it is anything sinister as I have 0 other dodgy symptoms except this. It goes away when on my feet but comes back as soon as I am sitting/lying down…. It is definitely worse when sitting I think! Any advice appreciated Tia

Might be worth seeing a decent physio, could be a msk issue which they could sort
