Metallic taste burning tongue

Hi since monday i noticed when i breathe out i have a strong chemical breathe and smell, then as days went on i noticed acid reflux and pain in throat and now i have burning on tongue. weird thing is 3 days ago when i opened my fridge i smelt the same strong chemical type smell in fridge. Iv cleaned the fridge out checked any bad food but still same smell that i smell in my breathbits coming from fridge . This is frustrating me too much

I have also noticed with burning tip of tongue is small spots all over at the back of tongue i cant feel them but see them when i open my mouth also the bacn of my tongue have crack lines
