Copper coil but pregnancy symptoms

So I'm on month 4 with a copper coil. My period have been intense and painful and heavy but this month I'm slightly worried. Not only is it late but I've been super nauseous, getting hot flashes, constant urge to go for a wee and insomnia. Now part of me is trying to convince myself this is just intense PMS but then today I've noticed my nipples are really sensitive (like they where when I was pregnant with twins). I can't afford a pregnancy test till Tuesday so I know I just have to wait but has anyone got pregnant on the coil? Is it dangerous?

I got pregnant with a copper coil in place. The doctors were not particularly surprised or worried, there were mixed views as to whether to leave the coil in or remove it if I wanted to continue with the pregnancy, with leave it being the decision. I miscarried a very few weeks later so the termination I was contemplating was out of my hands. Good luck whatever happens.

If you're pregnant you need it removing asap

Sorry for your loss. I'm surprised they weren't worried. It needs removing. Can cause ectopic.
