Just what the title says really - how can I make the most of my 40s?
Entered my 40s feeling very positive, age is but a number right? But a year on, I feel old. I exercise, eat reasonably well, don’t smoke etc but my body is feeling aged!
General maintenance seems to take forever - skin is dull, hair is greying, not sure what clothes to wear or where to shop!
Even getting up off the floor is harder!
Help turn this negative post into a positive one please!
