Fat Freezing

Has anyone here had fat freezing done? It seems too good to be true. Cheap and gives you a helping hand. And - is it painful? I do exercise, and try and eat healthily - so please don't recommend that to me, as I'm trying! I'd love a little help from the outside.

I've had coolsculpting. I had a weird belly lump that I couldn't shift, many years after my c section. Coolsculpting brought it down to almost the size of the rest of my stomach. It also gave me amazing results on my bingo wings. It wasn't that cheap though! It wasn't painful during the treatment but the massage at the end while it thaws had me crawling up the walls in pain.

I had it done on my upper arms. It did nothing at all. Complete waste of money.

The practitioner measured my arms before and after and told me that there had been a loss.

However, I measured my arms myself beforehand and afterwards as well and there was no difference at all. She was a liar.

Thanks for that - that sounds painful.

I also read about Linda Evangelista, who had a rare reaction which left her deformed.

That really sucks - and how annoying.

Would you have it again (if you needed it?). I’ve heard it’s expensive.

it must have been quite traumatic for the massage after - why can’t they give anaesthetic for that? 🤦🏻‍♀️
