12 week scan show one ovary larger and a cyst

Hello. Was wondering if anyone had been told on an ultrasound that one ovary was bigger during pregnancy. They said there is a cyst in it but they don’t seem too bothered? I never had this with my first baby. Been a few ovarian issues in my family and it’s just made me worried

Not sure about the size difference. But I was told I had a two cysts on one of mine at my first 12 week scan. They seemingly disappeared by the 20 week scan, and I didn't have any during 2nd pregnancy. I think they're quite common.
