Since I had my little girl nearly 2 years ago my periods have been heavier than they used to be. But the last 4 months I've had horrific trapped wind when I've been on my period to the point I'm doubled over in pain and nothing will shift it. It's the combination of the cramp then the wind it's like being in labour. I've also noticed I'm more constipated the last few months having rabbit droppings throughout the day and really needing to push (sorry for the info) despite me eating a lot of fruit and veg. I noticed this month I've had hot flushes during my ovulation and I do get slight cramps then too but not as bad. I also have lower back pain on my period and I had sciatic pain in my bum a few days before my period. I do always google and come up with the worst case being cancer. I wondered if anyone else has had these symptoms with cysts or hormone changed. I am going to try and get in with the GP tomorrow 🙏🏻
