Dropped contraceptive pill

I’ve just been so stupid & accidentally dropped my contraceptive pill down the plug hole 🤦🏻‍♀️
I have no idea how it even happened!

For reference I’m on micrognon & finish my pack next Thursday. Can you advise what do I do now? Do I just miss todays & take tomorrow’s? Or do I take tomorrows now? This would then mean I finish the pack a day earlier? I’ve googled but I’m not sure what the best thing to do this? Advice please! Thank you

You take the last one of the pack for today and finish it a day earlier

And, in future, don't take it out of the pack when near a sink

(but that's probably still better than your wedding ring as it was in my case)

I’d take the last one in the pack so that you’ve taken one today but tomorrow will still be ‘Thursday’ and it’ll be easier to keep track if that makes sense. Then finish a day earlier or run straight into the next pack if that’s not convenient for any reason.

And definitely do not miss one!
