Left breast tenderness/aches

Does anybody have tenderness/aches in one breast only? I find its mainly my left more than anything. Sometimes it will be in both but i find its more just on the left breast. Just wondering how common this is? Im 31, i feel its always been this way since my 20s.

Yes, I get this exact same thing at certain times of the month.

For me it's like the feeling I'd get when I was overdue feeding the baby back when I was breastfeeding. A kind of sharp ache. But I haven't breastfed in 7 years!
