Hi
Like many i developed underactive thyroid (Hashitomos) after pre eclamptic pregnancy 2012

I went up fro
11 to 14st
I lost about 1.5st with milkshake diet in 2013 but now these diets dont work (body clings to weight eg lose 2lb in 4wks)

Basically levels fine, on loads of vits, walk 12k steps a day and run 30'm x 3/4 per week.

Gluten free pescatarian, eat well, fish min once a day and x7 fruit/veg per day

Getting tummy tuck soon to remove apron but know the fat will just migrate elsewhere. Body will not let these 3st go!

On hrt age 40 to stop anxiety hoped would keep extra fat at bay and on perimenopause vits

Also on ryebelsus 14mg, stopped me eating but lost no weight in 9m

On 100/75mg thyroxine every other day

Im 5'5 and such low self esteem dragging around this blubber from pregnancy 10y ago. What am I missing ? Has anyone got any advice or supplements that work? Thanks alot.
