Prolapse, cyst, or..?

I have some symptoms around my groin and vaginal area which I’m wondering what it could be.

This morning after a wee and wipe it felt sore and after checking with a mirror I saw what looked like a whitehead (opposite end to where a Bartholin’s cyst is) and the area under it a bit swollen and firm in a sort of sausage shape, almost like a bulging vein. Nowhere actually near vaginal entrance, more towards urethra.

All day I’ve had a funny aching, dragging feeling in my lower abdomen/groin and now it’s a bit sore to press in the middle of groin. The whitehead-thing has gone, still slightly sore area though. This evening it has been a sharp ache when I sit down initially.

I’ve taken ibuprofen and feel a bit better but it just doesn’t feel right at all. I have already been referred to the stress incontinence clinic and the GP wants to check me for a prolapse, which on looking down below I suspect I do have (at time of referral I had my period so I need to make an appointment to go back). I am worried the whitehead-looking thing might return and turn into a cyst or boil though. Any ideas please? Obviously I will contact the GP next week if this continues or worsens.
