I had a 10cm cyst removed that they thought was an endometrioma but turned out to just be a functional cyst (though it had been there for at least 2 years). Prior to surgery I hadn't ovulated from that side for a year (I get ovulation pain so I know). How long should it take to restart ovulation after removing cyst?
