Period - flooding

I am starting to get concerned and wondering what the hell is going on.

I have previously this year had lots of spotting between periods , I have had a colposcopy , 2 womb biopsies and a cervical biopsy with cervical ectrooiqn removed.

i am on the combined pill, during my last 3 periods on day 3 in the evening I have had 2 hours of flooding where I have passed large clots. The rest of my period is normal.

im petrified this could be cancerous any advice reallly welcome .

"Go to the Doctor" is the only sensible advice here.
I have fibroids which bleed like that - so nothing sinister, just a "bloody" nuisance.
but you really need to get your symptoms checked properly.
