How easy is it to get a diagnosis?

Good morning. I wrote a lengthy post about the conditions I suspect I have as I experience symptoms but I lost it all.

Here is my shorter post.

As my bloods come back within normal range I cannot get a diagnosis for health conditions I suspect I have. I think I have thyroid imbalance and PCOS but I can never proceed with getting help for symptoms as the doctors say my bloods are fine. I also think I have anxiety, ADHD, autism, dyspraxia and EDS but it seems impossible to get them to diagnose my physical symptoms so I haven't broached the mental health symptoms (I know Eds is physical but associated with autism so I've included it in mental health list) I am really struggling after another hectic week at work masking and now I am having burn out every weekend. The doctors make me feel like a hypochondriac despite my symptoms becoming more and more debilitating . Any advice on how to proceed? I cannot claim ADP (Scottish version of PIP) because nothing recorded formally in medical notes. I can't keep going on like this and being told I am fit and well when I have symptoms daily.

I should add changing surgeries is not an easy options as I love rurally and don't drive (thanks dyspraxia and anxiety). This surgery is the only one within my area
