mefenamic acid

I'm on this with tranexamic acid, it's working brilliantly for pain (suspected endometriosis) but I feel awful
Headache, groggy, dizzy and unsafe to drive
Does anyone know which one is more likely to be causing it? I'm tempted to stop the tranexamic acid and just take the other to try and work out which one is making me feel bad

I really need to go food shopping!

I've taken mefenamic acid for years for period pain and never experienced this, just my experience though! From googling, dizziness, headache and confusion are listed under "less common" side effects so it's possible. Sorry that's probably not super helpful!

It's weird, it's like a hangover but you're still drunk kind of feeling
Got my first gynae appointment in October so I'm only using them to get through to that as I can't take these long term and work
