Red, painful lump on stretch mark on hip

Help!

I've had this red, painful lump appear on my stretch mark on my R hip. I first noticed it a few weeks ago, it was painless. Now it's tender to touch. Feels soft and squishy, not hard at all. Almost feels like a weird baggy bit of skin. I'm pregnant (nearly 30 weeks) so didn't know if anyone had experienced anything like this on their hip stretch marks?
