Looking for some reassurance really before my docs appointment next week.
My periods have generally been regular but quite long (around 32 days). I’ve always suffered with PMS, especially sore boobs. Last month, my period was late (about 40 days) with no PMS at all. But it came eventually so I tried not to worry.
Now, 2.5 weeks after my period I have a weird dull ache on both sides where my ovaries are. I put it down to ovulation pain (although it’s not usually that bad) but it’s been happening for a week and ovulation should be over. It isn’t painful as such but I can feel it when I sit in certain positions and when I ‘push’ down there. It’s almost like my ovaries are tender.
I am going back for a 1 year smear check as my last one came back HPV positive, and now I’m so worried it could be cancer symptoms.
Has anyone had this? From cancer, pregnancy or anything? Please tell me I’m not alone!
