Extremely heavy periods post partum?

I’m 13 months post partum and my last couple of periods have been insanely heavy. I’m using a large moon cup and I think I’ve lost about 60mL of blood in the last 12 hours - apparently a “normal” period is 30-45mL total.

They’re not painful and I do have endometriosis but they were never like this pre baby. I’ve started to feel light headed when exercising and occasionally when I stand up too fast although my haemoglobin was checked recently and it was fine.

What can they do for this that’s not a coil? We’d like a sibling (will need to be IVF) and I’d need sedation for fitting/removal as I can barely tolerate a Pap smear due to endo, so I don’t want to do that.

I’ve recently had a an ultrasound, hysteroscopy and womb biopsy as part of preparing for IVF and there’s no fibroids etc so I think it’s just heavy periods.

My periods are crazy heavy after giving birth. No matter what I do the blood gets everywhere.
