I've never had the best skin it's a combination of oily, dry and very sensitive. Lately I've been having itchy inner thighs like to the point I draw blood the same with my lower part of legs. I did use a detergent which was bold I soon changed it thinking maybe it's that and went for a more sensitive to skin detergent (fairy), I even started using baby products when I'm in the shower and it sort of help but I'm here now scratching my inner thighs to death 😭.

I'm not sure what I'm going to gain posting this I just need a little help on the way maybe help from someone who's been through this?, what could it be? till I can get an appointment to see a doctor..

I am no help with a solution but I have the same over my torso and back. I can't work out what caused it because nothing has changed but it's driving me mad.

My friend had terrible itchy thighs when she had gallstones, if that helps you at all. I got terrible itching on parts of my body when I went through the menopause.

Tell me about it, it's got me crazy! I know I have allergies but I'm not sure if they are the only allergies I have.

I'm only 33 so I'm not sure it's menopause yet ha, gallstones can you literally get itching from having gallstones? Because I'm not getting other symptoms indicating gallstones, thank you for your help. I'm hoping dowsing myself in cream helps.

Try checking your shower/bath wash and if it has SLS (sodium ? ?). Even baby wash has this in it, it's what causes the lather.

If you really need/want lather try some Liz Earl body wash, which often (not always) uses something elsr.

I have a very sensitive skin and only use E45 bath oil n the shower. I shower as little as I can get away with, using anti bacterial body wipes on other days. When I do shower, it's quick and quite cool.
