Periods?

NOT TTC.
I came off the pill in December and since then I’ve had irregular periods normal in the cycle day 40s.
I’m currently waiting for a gynaecologist appointment but the wait list is over a year.
Anyways since Thursday on cycle day 35 I starting having spotting I think is the best way to describe it and had the same yesterday and today I’ve not had anything. When I was spotting had a pad on and there’s nothing on the pad it’s only when I wipe I got similar to what’s in the photo. Yesterday I started having that heavy feeling you get down below before a period but I don’t know. Normally I get really bad bloating and pains but not had anything.

Could be the start of your period or ovulation spotting but if you're worried get checked out.
You don't have to have the period pains to have a period.
A friend of mine spotted brown for about 4 days before her period came along.

Forgot to add if it smells, go to the GP or you don't feel right.

@PinkButtercups would I be ovulating on cycle day 35 though? And did your friend have the spotting then stop then came on?

Yes my friend had the brown like that Thursday and then Monday her actual period started. Obviously that's her and what she had (we were on the discussion of periods btw we don't just discuss our monthly cycles usually 🤣). I'm not sure, maybe try track your periods and see if it is related to ovulation. Best to speak to GP they may be able to give you some answers xx
