I took an oral tablet 48 hours ago and am using the cream but it still feels the same. A bit burny after weeing, itchy and irritated. Should the tablet have worked by now? I’m heading on holiday on Monday morning and wanted to get it sorted….any tips/advice very welcome

I think it should have worked by now - go back to the pharmacist? I find the pessary works better than the tablet but that may just be me

Thank you - yes perhaps I could try a pessary too. Good idea

So my urine sample came back clear - no culture detected . Still waiting for swab result. But would thrush show up in the urine test?

I always end up having to take 2 treatments for it to work

The gp gave me a pessary which I have also used. I’d say it maybe better but still a bit uncomfortable when going for a wee….I’m hoping I’m out the other side!
