Subchorionic bleeding

So I’m 8 weeks pregnant (just had a private early scan) and everything looked good with bubba however it was picked up that I have a subchorionic haemorrhage between uterus wall & membrane measuring 12X3X18 mm. I haven’t noticed any bleeding or spotting however- she said this is normal if I do. Just wondering if anyone else has any experience of this, I don’t have my NHS 12 weeks scan for 4 1/2 weeks so do I need to be seen earlier / do anything differently? Worried there is more of a risk of a miscarriage as I’m still quite early on?!

I had a subchorionic haematoma when I had a private early scan at 8 weeks with DD. The sonographer said it wasn’t anything to worry about, but that I should keep an eye out for any bleeding and call EPU if I saw any. As it was when I went for my 12 week scan there was no sign of it - sonographer at that scan said it more than likely had just been absorbed back into my body. Went on to have a very straightforward pregnancy, DD is 3 next week! Good luck.
