Vulva problems

Hi all, I am having a few problems. I was on holiday last week and spent lots of time in and out of pools in wet costumes, I developed a severe itch in my vagina but no discharge. I didn't treat but once I returned home seemed fine. I then had sex a lot for the next 2 days (making up for not seeing each other for a week). Straight away I became sore all over vulva not just vagina. This progressed to what looked like 3 ulcers on my labia minoria. I went to gp and they said irritation and bacterial infection. Prescribed me antibiotics (flucoxicillin). Im now 3 days into antibiotics and although pain has subsided slightly I have noticed tears around my perineum and my clitoris. Will these have been caused by sex? Will antibiotics help? I've sayrted using sudocrem. Should it still hurt sounds 3 days into antibiotics when I wee or touch down there. Just feel like I'm never going to get better.
Picture is of perineum tears which are superficial, one around clit are more significant and painful.

No advice I'm afraid, just a handhold from someone in the same boat. A couple of days in the pool, and I've got a horrendous boil on my labia.

I honestly didn't know pools could cause so much damage! But I'm pretty sure whatever we both have is curable!
