Exercise after breast biopsy

How soon did you excercise after breast biopsy. Eg gym classes / walking?

I think I cycled a few miles back from hospital.
You mean when you go for a mammogram & they do the xray & a fondle & then say the need a biopsy to be sure?
Or another procedure...

After my last core biopsy, I felt like Mike Tyson has punched me in the chest for about a week. Once the pain subsided, I resumed weights albeit much lighter ones for another week. But that's me. We're all different.

With regards to walking, I walk around 20k steps a day, and that hasn't changed at any point.

Thankyou @legrandcolbert. I went for a good walk today and decided to do that at least once a day for a few days, then will try the gym with minimal weights ☺️It was a lovely sunny lunchtime walk which brightened my day.
