I just had the results of my pelvic scan which reveals a bulky uterus with a 6cm fibroid outside my womb area. Plus, although my coil is in situ, the strings couldn't be seen on the scan??
I'm super worried as I've had pain in my left side/ tummy for months now.
GP has referred me to gynae ( a long wait I'm suspecting!) so wondering whether to investigate private a gynae and try and get the thing removed?
I'm on HRT, so guess that isn't helping?
Has anyone had a 6cmx5cm fibroid removed easily?
