Scar or lump on boob

I’m wondering how to help the appearance of a scar on my boob area. I had a large spot which must have been a boil because it took ages to heal and it was massive.
This was 1-2 years ago. The mark left is all bumpy like a lump. Am I right in thinking it’s now a scar? Is there anything I can use to help it? Thank you

I’m also a bit worried due to the location of it being on my breast. I’m sure it’s nothing to bother the GP about but wanted to see what mumsnet thought.
