90 days without a period

Hi I'm close to 30 and have 2 kids. My periods have always been bang on since I was 11 years old. I'm not on any contraception and cannot be pregnant as I don't have an active sex life and I've done tests even though I know I'm not. My period is now 90 days late so I've missed 3 months period and I'm not sure if I should be enjoying this or be concerned ? The first missed period I had all the period pains but no period the second month I had nothing but I'm now getting hot sweats constantly 😩 what would you do or have you been in this position before ?

I'm in a similar position, I've been waiting 60 days for mine, so missed 2 now.
I think I read that once you miss 3 in a row you can go to your GP.
I'm 37, definitely not pregnant as DH had a vasectomy about 5 years ago, I did test just to be sure but all negative.
No idea why or what's going on.
Hope you get some answers soon.
