Have you tried Zoladex?

I'm running out of options to stop my continuous bleeding.
I've had Mirena coils x 2 ( both fell out), a fibroid removed, various meds.
Norethisterone was the best thing so far
Yesterday I had my first Zoladex.
Today I'm bleeding and flooding again. I miss Norethisterone !
I'm sure I read it would help virtually instantly. ( Wishful thinking!?)
I also have Tibolone to counteract the Zoladex. Which makes no sense to me.

Has anyone got any experiences, good or bad, to share please?

I had Zoladex years ago to stop my periods due to endometriosis. As far as I remember it did its job, and I was very thankful not to have so much pain for several months. As it's a hormone I guess it may take a few days to take effect.
