I'm not breastfeeding or anything but past couple of days had really sore boobs (both nipples) to the point their painful, I can't see anything wrong in that there is no leaking just pain and heat. I'm about 10 days away from my period.
I can't think what is causing it, weather bareable, new underwear.
I've been trying baby liquid talk but that isn't doing anything and today when I woke up that area was hot and using a warm compress this morning, it is just making me sweat.

Savlon Dual Action Gel which says Antiseptic: helps prevent infection and relieve pain
Which one should I try first?
