Sad Monsters Inc GIF by filmeditor

At my wits end 😔

Depo due in June and didn't get as want to start a family.
I'm 31 and usually fit and healthy.
Until the last 3/4 weeks where I have had headaches, cramps throughout my entire body, nausea, dizzy, constantly tired and my moods well... I've started fights with my other half 5 tines this week and he's about to leave because I'm just nasty. Plain hurtful and then within seconds I'm back to being happy again. Then I cry and cry and cry. This is absolutely awful?!
Still no period.
I'm just an absolute wreck.

Anyone got any tips to get me through because I feel like an actual psycho horrible woman atm

Hoping this will wear off soonish??

❤️ thanks

Hi OP,

I'm sorry that you're having such awful side effects. Unfortunately, I don't really have any advice but I really empathise as I am also coming off the Depo injection and have been struggling with headaches, nausea and mood swings.

All I can say is you're not a horrible person and you're definitely not alone 💐💐

I’m the same! My moods have been low. I’ve got awful cramping and generally uncomfortable. I checked my iron and folate which were low so on supplements now through the GP. So worth checking that as I don’t think that helps mood. Have you had a period? I’m still waiting and my depo ran out on the 7th July. I’ve had cramps but also suffering with a water infection so not sure what’s what. Basically since having it my whole body is just a mess!!
