Worried about Cancer

I have had bloating, stomach cramps, general discomfort,some slight spotting, achy thighs and nausea for a few weeks now. GP referred me for a scan which I have had, sonographer said she couldn't see anything to worry about but full report would be sent to GP within 5 days. I also had a clear smear about 3 weeks ago. I've also had antibiotics to cover potential UTI but still in discomfort and I'm an anxious wreck worrying why!

Question is - is it unlikely to be anything sinister given the ultrasound and smear was clear?

The sonographer sees thousands of these images each year and will know what an abnormal scan looks like. I highly doubt they would say they can't see anything to worry about if there was anything spotted that had a remote chance of being serious.
