Awful ovulation pain

I swear this is even worse than period pain. I feel like my ovary is being squeezed, the tip of my legs hurt, I feel like there is something heavy pressing down on my lower body.

I just want to lie in bed. I hate this. It's not like this every month but I often feel it happening.

How do others cope with this. It's been 24 hours now.

I get this too. Luckily paracetamol takes enough of the edge off.
Not sure if related but I was diagnosed with endometriosis a few weeks ago, but first ovulation after surgery was even more painful.

I used to get this, it hurt to walk sometimes, like a really deep, hot stitch, I could tell which side I was ovulating from each month. Google 'mittlelschmerz' - translation from German is 'middle pain'.
I'm perimenopausal now and it's definitely easing off. I used to take paracetamol and use a hot water bottle, plus yoga to ease the pain. Hope it gets better for you soon.
