I take HRT and have done for 18 months, it helps enormously with peri symptoms.

I do yoga & Pilates weekly and swim / use the gym equipment when I can which is sometimes twice a week then maybe once every ten days depending on schedule.

I tend to do the 16:8 diet and am about a stone overweight but heart rate etc all within healthy norms.

I have no iron or vitamin deficiencies.

But. I am knackered. Completely drained. For context, I'm just coming out of a really difficult situation that started at the beginning of the year and is settling down now with one of my twin DC's (age 12) who has needed my utter and devoted attention 1-2-1 - but I've still managed to work / keep the house going/ attend obligations etc.

What can I do to gain some energy? Rest isn't cutting it. Exercise sometimes makes me feel worse. I have one caffeinated coffee a day, the rest is water or decaf tea. Minimal sugar.

Top tips/ supplements/ lifestyle changes?
