I've been testing period pants recently and have found some good ones for my heavy days but I'm looking for some for the slightly lighter days but where I still might get a "flood". Depending on how I'm sitting/what I'm doing I can "flood" front or back but lots of the "lighter" day versions seem to have very low front protection. Has anyone found any good period pants for lighter days with good front and back protection, either to wear on their own or with a pad? I just want to be able to not worry about staining my trousers! Thanks!
