Very lightheaded two days post c-section?

Has anyone had lightheadedness after a c-section? I had my section two days ago and felt lightheaded on and off whilst in hospital. I came home about 5pm last night and I've felt lightheaded ever since. I can't sleep because I feel like I'm going to faint everytime I try, I can barely even do anything with baby for feeling so weak, poor partner is doing most of it on zero sleep.

Iron levels are fine, bloods are fine, had ECG etc and all of that is fine. Just wondering if anyone else has felt the same afterwards? The lightheadedness is constant but sometimes it feels worse than others. Like currently I feel really bad with it. Been checked in a&e and they couldn't find anything.

Are you taking painkillers?

@Daisythecat15 Yes but not too often, just to take the edge off sometimes. Usually three times a day

Are they opiates? Codeine for example? Because if so, they can cause lightheadedness.

I had codeine or co-codamol (can’t remember which one) and felt very light headed after my c-section. My mum can’t take them as they make her feel the same so I stopped and then felt normal again.
