Can anyone who uses melatonin for sleep recommended where to buy it from?

You can’t buy it OTC, it’s prescription only in the U.K.
I have ordered it from America, but that was pre Brexit days. I think it was iHerb I got it from.

If you happen to be going on holiday, it is sold over the counter in many EU countries.

I would really recommend that you don't do that. There seems to be poor or unregulated manufacturing when it comes to melatonin.

If it's for sleep, have you had your hormones and thyroid tested?
