Health anxiety - please talk me down.

I have a painful lump behind my ear (I don’t think it’s in the place of a node) it’s sore and stings a little if I touch it! It’s under the skin but I’ve told myself the worst😩

It's probably a spot.

Do you wear glasses? Have you been wearing sunglasses recently? I used to get them more when I wore glasses.

I don’t wear glasses but I usually have sun glasses on if I’m out, or I use them
to keep my hair out my face so they’re on my head.
i am sure I have had this before, a lump behind my ear.
