I feel your pain. I'm having a hellish time at work at the mo and waking up at 3:30-4:00 every morning. I am trying Nytol for the first time tonight. If its any good I will let you know...

There are only 2 things that work for me:

  1. Listen to an interesting, but undramatic podcast or audiobook set on a timer. It will distract you from your own anxiety and will allow you to let go and drift off to sleep.
  1. Full spectrum edible cannabis, smallish dose. I use cannabis infused honey mixed with camomile tea. Don't do this every night, max 4 nights a week to avoid tolerance setting in.
