Bleeding warts in nipple (and breast infection)

I'm being seen by the clinic on Monday so I doubt the GP will see me before hand. I have inverted nipples. On my left breast I have an active infection and an abscess. In the right one I have bleeding warts (I originally thought they were blisters).

Obviously nothing is life threatening, but would it worth going to out of hours / A&E?

For the infection and abscess yes, if not already being treated. Never heard of warts inside a nipple before, sounds so painful.
