Hi, grateful for any advice new user please be kind! ... I had my first child 2 years ago and ever since have suffered with pain down below. I finally had a breakthrough with the GP recently who during an internal exam found I have a cyst. Due to the pain this is causing I've been referred to gynae to have it removed. During the exam whilst checking for pain my gp noticed severe tenderness around the area I was stitched (I had an uncomplicated birth slight tear which needed around 5 stitches) .. my gp is under the impression I have been stitched far too tight and subsequently the cyst has formed at the edge of the stitched sight because of this. I'm waiting for my gynae appointment to see where we go from here and how this can be rectified.. but does anyone have advice on this? I worry what will happen when it comes to birthing a second child due to the daily pain still 2 years on.. thank you if you got this far!!
